Customer Terms of Service

THE CONTRACT
These Customer Terms of Service (the "Customer Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when using our AI-powered knowledge work platform, including associated tools, functionality and artificial intelligence components, made available at workpods.space (the "Services"). Please read them carefully. If you are a Customer (defined below), these Customer Terms govern your access and use of our Services.
YOUR AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF "CUSTOMER"
If you purchase subscription(s) to the Services, invite individuals to use the Services, or use or allow use of the Services after being notified of a change to these Customer Terms, you acknowledge your understanding of the then-current Contract and agree to the Contract on behalf of Customer. Please make sure you have the necessary authority to enter into the Contract on behalf of Customer before proceeding.
ABOUT CUSTOMER CHOICES, CONTENT & CONFIGURATIONS
The Customer controls the configuration of the Services, including which users may access and use the Services. The Customer is responsible for all activity occurring under its account, including Content uploaded, shared, or generated through the Services. "Content" means any data, text, files, documents, images, or other materials submitted to or generated by the Services.
USE OF THE SERVICES
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Services to generate, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
The Services utilize artificial intelligence models to assist with content generation, research, and other tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Workpods, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
