Data Processing Addendum

Effective: March 12, 2026

SCOPE AND PURPOSE

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Agreement between Workpods and the Customer, and applies to the processing of Personal Data by Workpods on behalf of the Customer in connection with the Services.

DATA PROCESSING

Workpods shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Customer, including with regard to transfers of Personal Data to a third country, unless required to do so by applicable law.

SECURITY MEASURES

Workpods shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
